Bradenton Rat Removal and Rodent Control

The best rat removal company in Bradenton, FL is Attic Rat, Inc. This is because Attic Rat is not a traditional pest control company or exterminator. They are an animal removal company that specializes in rodent control. Rats and mice are not like insects, but most Bradenton pest control companies treat rodents like insects - they use poison. Poison is a stupid and even harmful way to treat a rodent infestation. Poison will never kill all the rats, and the process is never-ending, with never ending invoices. Attic Rat does rat removal the correct way, with PERMANENT results in as little as a week. Once you hire them, you'll never have to see them again. See their year 2021 prices below. This is the process:

  1. Inspection of the entire house, in the attic and top to bottom, including roof
  2. Identification of all rat entry holes, and sealing them shut with steel repairs
  3. Trapping and removal of 100% of the rats inside the home or building
  4. Cleanup of rat feces and odor, and repair of rat damage such as chewed wires

Attic Rat Cost

Manatee County, Bradenton Rat Control Situation:

David, I have trapped 3 roof rats in the attic and have heard more this morning chewing and romping about. I have sealed all entries I to the house with exception to drain stacks on roof. I can see feces in gutters but cannot see anywhere where they could be getting into the attic. I have been working with an exterminator for two months and he's out of ideas so I was wondering what advise you may put forward. Sure would like to get rid of them for good prior to breeding season. I am in Dallas Tx area. Last December our dog caught o e in yard, this summer I caught one in shed, and I caught one in attic and pro has caught two ... But like I said there appears to be more. Advice appreciated pls -- Matt

We have what we believe we have a mouse moving around in one of our basement walls. We believe we know where it may have entered from the outside. I am seeking consultation from your company on what we should do and if this is something you company can help with. The sound is a scratching sound but we don't consistently hear it. It currently appears to be moving between our office bedroom and my sons bedroom in the basement. We heard the sound earlier last week and then had not heard it again until tonight (Sunday evening). My assumption is what ever it is will eventually die but am concerned it could eventually chew on some wiring in the wall.

Bradenton Rat Control Tip of The Week

What To Do If There Is A Nest Of Rats In Your Attic
Being a commensal rodent, rats live and thrive very well in human settlements. When you have them in your home, these pests will most likely harbor in your attic and make it their nesting place. If you have rats nesting in your attic, the first sign you will notice is scratching and scurrying sound in the ceiling of your home at night.
Having confirmed that there are rats nesting in your attic, you might be thinking of what to do and the best way to handle the situation. Right here, we will be sharing all you need to know about what to do when you have rats nesting in your attic.

1. Attic Inspection
After noticing some unusual sounds in your attic, the first thing you need to do is to inspect your home to confirm if there are rats nesting in your attic or not. While inspecting your home, you need to also determine how the rats got into your attic and where they are nesting.

2. Repair The Rat Entry Holes
If you are lucky enough to find their entry holes, you need to seal them before doing any other thing. Sealing them off prevents other rats from entering your attic after you have removed all the rats already nesting there.

3. Remove The Rats
After the sealing and the repair job, the next thing for you to do is to remove the rats. To do this, all you have to do is set as many snap traps as possible in different locations in your attic. To increase your chances of trapping more rats, you need to bait the snap trap with baits like peanut butter or any other dry nut. This will help attract the rats to the traps.

4. Clean The Attic
Finally, you need to clean up your attic with a strong disinfectant, to ensure that you are safe from bacteria and other pathogens deposited by the rats.
